If applicable, talk to a supervising officer or case worker to see if they support transition.

An application should be filled out and submitted to us either by email, in-person or through US mail

Staff will review the application

If criteria are met and a bed is available, the Davids House will contact the applicant to arrange for an interview

If accepted, the Davids House will contact the applicant and set a move-in date.

If the applicant meets all criteria, but a bed is not available, the applicant can be put on a waiting list.
